    No Service Warranties by CAT Controllers

    CAT Controllers MAKES NO EXPRESS REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT ITS SERVICES AND DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CAT Controllers DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO MAKE A WARRANTY OF ANY KIND ON ITS BEHALF AND YOU MAY NOT RELY ON ANY SUCH STATEMENT OF WARRANTY.


  2. Product Warranty by CAT Controllers

    CAT Controllers warrants all CAT automated controller to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years from date of shipment from our factory or authorized distributor. Liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any device or component which is returned to the factory within five years of delivery to original purchaser, shipping prepaid, and which is found to be defective upon examination.

    CAT Controllers warrants all sensors, flow switches, fittings and accessories to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment from our factory or authorized distributor. Liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any device or component which is returned to the factory within one year of delivery to original purchaser, shipping prepaid, and which is found to be defective upon examination.

    CAT Controllers disclaims all liability for damage during transportation, for consequential damage of whatever nature, for damage due to handling, improper installation or operation, and for determining suitability for the use intended by the purchaser. CAT Controllers makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, other than those stated above. No representative has authority to change or modify this warranty in any respect.   3. Limitation of Liability

    Neither CAT Controllers, nor its parent or any of its affiliates, nor the directors, officers, employees, or other representatives of any of them, is liable for any type or amount of damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Products. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation compensatory, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, income, or profit; loss of or damage to property; and any and all claims of third parties.


  4. Prices, Taxes and Shipping & Handling

    All prices are stated and payable in US dollars. The prices for products and services quoted on this Internet site do not include taxes, and may be changed without notice.

    CAT Controllers charges all applicable federal, state, local, and other taxes on all products and services.
